1. Service Description

ResumeAI India ("we", "our", "the platform") is an AI-powered career platform available at resumefast.in. We provide resume generation, ATS score checking, LinkedIn summary generation, interview preparation, skill gap analysis, and resume analysis services to help Indian job seekers advance their careers.

By creating an account and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Responsibilities

By using ResumeAI India, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your resume and profile.
• Not use the platform to create fraudulent resumes or misrepresent your qualifications to employers.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our AI systems or infrastructure.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Comply with all applicable Indian laws while using the platform.
• Not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Payment Terms

We offer a free tier and paid plans. Paid features include PDF downloads, ATS checks beyond the free allowance, LinkedIn summaries, and the Basic and Pro subscription plans.

• No refunds on digital products: All purchases — including one-time downloads, ATS checks, LinkedIn summaries, and plan upgrades — are non-refundable. Digital products are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation.
• Subscription billing: Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payment processing: All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your payment details.
• Price changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at the rate locked in at time of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain full ownership of the resume content, career information, and personal data you enter into the platform. The AI-generated resume text produced from your inputs is yours to use freely.

Our platform: The ResumeAI India platform, including its software, design, AI systems, templates, and all original content (blog posts, UI, brand identity), is owned by ResumeAI India and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

5. AI-Generated Content

Resume content is generated by an AI model (Anthropic Claude) based on the information you provide. While we strive for quality and accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or imperfections. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before using it in a job application. ResumeAI India does not guarantee employment outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

ResumeAI India is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: missed job opportunities, employer decisions, inaccuracies in AI-generated content, or service downtime.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
