• Resume data: The professional information you enter in the resume form — work experience, education, skills, projects, and career goals.
• Usage data: Which features you use, how many resumes you have created, and download counts. This helps us improve the product.
• Payment information: We do not store your payment details. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To generate your AI-powered resume using the information you provide.
• To run ATS compatibility checks against job descriptions you submit.
• To generate LinkedIn summaries, interview questions, and skill gap analysis.
• To process payments and manage your subscription or one-time purchases.
• To send you transactional emails related to your account (e.g., payment confirmation).
• To improve our AI models and product features based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

3. We Never Sell Your Data

ResumeAI India does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing or commercial purposes. Your resume content is your own — it is stored securely and used only to provide the services you have requested.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Used for secure database storage and authentication. Your data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure.
• Razorpay: Handles all payment processing. We receive only a transaction confirmation — no card or bank details are stored on our servers.
• Anthropic Claude AI: Your resume form data is sent to the Claude API to generate resume content. Anthropic's data usage policies apply to this processing.
• Google Analytics: We use GA4 to track aggregate usage metrics (page views, feature usage). No personally identifiable information is linked to analytics data.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and resume content for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@resumefast.in.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security practices including HTTPS, encrypted storage, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and not share your account credentials.
